Terms and Conditions of Rental
Reservations - Reservation requests  are made by email, phone or fax.  Upon receipt of your reservation request, if space is available, we will forward to you by email or fax a reservation confirmation form showing your arrival and departure dates, number of people in your party, nightly rate, number of nights and the total cost of your booking.
	Security Deposit - A $500 security deposit is requested.  Owners may, at their sole discretion, waive collection of an advanced deposit if guest provides a credit card to secure the deposit and signs the damage responsibility agreement contained on the reservation form.  Guests' liability shall be for the full amount of the cost of repairing damage caused by guests and not limited by the amount of the security deposit.
Payment - 50% of your total fee is due and payable within 7 days of your reservation, unless check-in is within 90 days, in which case the entire amount is due and payable.  The balance of your total reservation fee is due 90 days before your arrival date. Reservations are not guaranteed until the cleared funds are received.
Payment Media Accepted - We accept checks drawn on US banks, wire transfers and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and Checks by Phone.
Cancellations and Refunds - Nonrefundable unless Owner can rebook the space by 15 days prior to the reserved arrival date for the same time and amount.  Any difference would not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
